Swakop Uranium (Pty) Limited

To provide Owner's Team services for the Swakop
Uranium Husab Project in Namibia.

CAPEX CIRCA US $ 1,8 billion January 2011 basedate.

First drillholes into the orebody early 2008. DFS
completed March 2011, to date 600,000m of drilling
complete.

Approximately 3 year development horizon.

Conventional tank acid leach on milled ore.

220 kV 45 MVA increasing to 120 MVA as trolley
assisted hauling builds up.

EIA approvals received for planned mine and infrastructure.

15 million lbs U3O8 pa equivalent.

Potentially the 3rd largest uranium mine in the world.

GTI terminated their contract for project management
services at the end of November 2012 and relinquished
all project management responsibility for the Husab project
at the end of January 2013. GTI are continuing, by
agreement, to render certain on-going technical consulting
services (only).
