Once the project owner/owners hand over
the reins to GTI, the team operates under one roof with the selected
EPCM contractor or study contractor. The team manages and checks
all aspects of the EPCM’s endeavours and ensures decisions
are made promptly. Reports are regularly submitted to the owner/owners
and liaison with necessary government departments and specialist
consultants (technology suppliers, environmentalists, etc) are
dealt with efficiently.
